γράψαι σοι ὅπως ἀντιγρά ψῃς μοι πρὸ μὲν πάντων περὶ τῆς σωτηρίας ὑμῶν καὶ εἰ ὁ γεοῦχος ἠνώχλη σεν ὑμῖν. παρατηρήσεις δὲ καὶ τοὺς τοῦ Σαρμάτου ἐρχομένους ἐνθάδε ὅπως διὰ αὐτῶν μοι γράψῃς περὶ ὧν βούλει. σὺν θεῷ δὲ φάναι καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ ἥξω πρὸς ὑμᾶς πρὸς τὴν πανηγυρικήν. ἄσπασαι Σαραπίωνα καὶ τὸν υἱὸν Οὐάλην καὶ Σερηνίλλαν καὶ πάντας τοὺς φιλοῦντας ἡμᾶς κατʼ ὄνομα. οὐκ ἐδυνήθην δέ τι διαπέμ ψασθαι ὑμῖν διὰ τὰ ὄντα κατὰ τὴν ὁδὸν ὡς καὶ ὑμεῖς οἴδατε. ἐρρῶσθαι ὑμᾶς εὔχομαι ὁλοκληροῦντας. ἐνεχύρου ὅτι ἐξ οὗ ἐτελεύτησεν Φιλουμένη τόκον οὐ δέδωκα.
