τῇ δεσποίνῃ μου μητρὶ καὶ κυρίῳ ἀδελφῷ Σαρμάτῃ Διόσκορος χαίρειν. εὐπορηθεὶςεὐπορηθὶς τοῦ κυρίου μου ἀδελφοῦ Παιανίου ἀπερχομένου ἔσπευσα προσειπεῖν ὑμῶν τὴν διάθεσιν, ἔπειτα δηλῶσαί σοι περὶ τοῦ πράγματος τοῦ κυρίου μου ἀδελφοῦ Εὐλογίου ὅτι ἀπετέθηἀπεθέτη καὶ ἤδη ἀπαντῶμεν πρὸς ὑμᾶς. καὶ τὴν θείανθίαν ἀντιγραφὴν παρεθέμην τὴν περὶ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων τῷ κυρίῳ μου Φιλαγρίῳ καὶ ὑπομνήματα συνεστάθη. καὶ μετὰ τὸ ἐκβῆναι τὸν ἀδελφόνἀδελφο μου Σερῆνον ἤμην παραδοθεὶςπαραδοθὶς τῇ τάξειτάξι τοῦ μαγίστρου καὶ μετὰ δύο ἡμέρας Εὐσεβίου ἐλθόντοςἐλθότος ἐπεὶ ἦν ἀπελθὼν καταστῆσαι τὸν δοῦκα εἰς Ταπόσιριν εἰσήχθημενἰσήχθημεν καὶ ὁ εὐνοῦχος ἀπέστειλενἀπέστιλεν πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ ἀνεῖκένἀνῖκέν με καὶ δεύτερα ὑπο μνήματα ἔπραξεν καὶ τελείωςτελίως ἀνεῖκενἀνῖκεν αὐτούς. παραπεμφθῆναι τοὺς περὶ Ἑρμίαν καὶ Διδυ ὑμᾶς καταλαμβάνω. ἐὰν ἀκούσητε μὴ πιστεύσητε. ἐρρῶσθαι ὑμᾶς εὔχομαι πολλοῖς χρόνοις. κυρι ?
