ὑπηρεσίαν τοῦ στρατηγοῦ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος κ ἔτους καὶ ἐννεακαιδεκάτου καὶ ιβ ἔτους ὀμνύω τὴν τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Αὐτοκρατόρων Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων τύχην ἀν τιλήμψεσθαι τῆς δηλουμένης ὑπηρεσίας καὶ ἐκτελέσεινἐκτελέσιν ταύτην ἐν φανὴς ὢν ὑπακούων τοῖς ἐπιτασ σομένοις μοι ἀδιαλείπτωςἀδιαλήπτως εἰς τὸ ἐν μηδενὶ μεμφθῆναι ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ. παρέσχον δὲ ἐμαυτοῦ ἐγγυητὴν Αὐρήλιον Ἄδραστον ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως παρόντα καὶ εὐδο κοῦντα. ἔτους κ καὶ ἔτους ἐννεακαιδεκάτου τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ ἔτους ιβ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων Χοιὰκ κγ. Αὐρήλιος Σαραπιακὸς ὤμοσα τὸν ὅρκον. Αὐρήλιος Ἄδραστος ἐνγυῶμαι αὐτὸν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν μὴ εἰδότων γράμματα.
