παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Πεκυσίου Σαραπίωνος τοῦ μητρὸς Θεωνίδος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως. μητροπολίτηςμητροπολείτης ὢν καὶ ἐπικριθεὶς καὶ ἀναγρα φόμενος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Τεμιούθεως ἀκολούθως ᾗ ἐπήνεγκα ἐπικρίσει τῷ ια ἔτει καὶ ταχθεὶς ὑπὸ τοῦ τοῦ ἡμετέρου ἀμφόδου φυλάρχου διὰ τῶν ὑπʼ αὐτοῦ ἐπιδοθέν των βιβλίων ἐν τάξει ων κατὰ πλάνην εως υπ καὶ χώραν ἔχων ἀντὶ ιου Κλαυδίου κ τε τελευτηκότος εἰσά γω ἐμαυτὸν πρὸς τὸ καὶ ἐμὲ μετασχεῖν τῆς τοῦ σιτηρε σίου δωρεᾶς. ἔτους β Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Κλαυδίου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Τῦβι ιθ.
