Αὐρηλίῳ Ἁρποκρατίωνι στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀφύγχιος Σαραπᾶτος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. τῇ ἐνεστώσῃ ἡμέρᾳ μαθὼν Ἀχιλλέα πλακουν τᾶν ἐπελθόντα Σαραπιά δι δούλῃ τοῦ ἀφήλικός μου υἱοῦ καὶ τετραυματικέναι αὐτὴν κατὰ τοῦ χείλους ἐξαυτῆς γενομένῳ μοι πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ λογοποιου μένῳ περὶ τῆς τοσαύτης αὐτοῦ αὐθαδίας ἐπῆλθεν καὶ ἐμοὶκἀμοὶ καὶ ἐξύβρισεν καὶ διε λοιδορήσατό μοι οὐ μόνον ἀλλὰ καὶ λίθῳ με ἐνετίναξεν κατὰ τῆς κεφαλῆς. ὅθεν ἐπιδιδοὺς τὰ βιβλίδιαβιβλείδια ἀξιῶ κελεῦσαι ἀχθῆναι αὐτὸν ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐπεξελθεῖνεεξελθειν τοῖς ὑπʼ αὐτοῦ τετολμημένοις πρὸς τὸ δύνασθαι ἐκδικίας καὶ θεραπείαςθαραπείας τὴν παῖδα τυχεῖν. ἔτους β αὐτοκράτορος καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνείνου εὐσεβοῦς εὐτυχοῦς σεβαστοῦ Φαῶφι.
