σχολαστικῷτικῳ τοποτηροῦντι τὰ μέρη ἐπαρχίας Ἀρκαδίας παρὰ ἀπὸ τῆς σεμνῆς ταύτηςπολιτικῆς τάξεως. οἱ ἀδελφοί μου Ἰωσῆφ καὶ Θεοδότη ἐν τῷ αὐτοὺς ἐπιλελῆσθαιἐπιλεληθεσθαι φιλίαν ἀδελφικὴν νομί ζουσιν ἑαυτοῖς μόνοις τὰ γονικὰ πράγματα παρὰ τῆς μητρὸς ἕξειν, καὶ ἐγκρατεῖς γενό μενοι τῶν πραγμάτων, ἀπραγμόνως οὐ βούλονται τοῦ μέρους μου τῆς μητρῴας περιουσίας ἀποστῆναι, τὴν τῶν ἐγγράφως καταλειφθέντωνκαταλιφθέντων μοι παρὰ τῆς μητρὸς πραγμάτων μεχρὶ τοῦδε σφετεριζόμενοι προστασίαν. τούτου χάριν πρόσειμι τῇ σῇ ἐξουσίᾳ ἀξιῶν αὐτὴν διὰ Θέωνος τοῦ αἰδεσίμου πολιτευομένου καταναγκάζεσθαι τούτους καὶ τὸ οερ τῶν δωρηθέντων μοι ἐγγράφως παρὰ τῆς μητρός μου ὅπως χάριτας ὁμολογήσω τῇ σῇ ἐξουσίᾳ, καθαρώτατε κύριε. ε
