ἔτους τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτου ι Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Δομιτιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ, μηνὸς Παῦνι λ, ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει τῆς Θηβαίδος. ὁμολογεῖ Ἰουλία Ἡρακλᾶ μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ δεδομένου αὐτῇ κατὰ τὰ Ῥωμαίων ἔθηταμανεν ὑπὸ Γαίου Σεπτιμίου Οὐεγέτου τοῦ ἡγεμονεύσαντος ἀκολούθως τῇ γενομένῃ ταβέλλῃ Λουκίου Ὀφελλίου Λουκί ου Οὐφετείναφετεινα Ἀνθεστίου Θέωνι Νικίππου τοῦ Νικίππου Φυλαξιθαλασσείῳ τῷ καὶ ἈλθαιεῖἈλθεῖ ἐν ἀγυιᾷ συνκεχωρηκέναι τῇ ἑαυτῆς θυγατρὶ Γαίᾳ τῇ καὶ Σαραπιάδι Παυσανίου τοῦ καὶ Διονυ σίου Ἀστυάνακτος τοῦ Τρύφωνος Φυλαξιθαλασ σείου τοῦ καὶ Ἡρακλείου οὐδέπω οὔσῃ ἐν ἡλι κίᾳ ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν εἰς τὸν ἀεὶ χρόνον κατὰ χάριν ἀναφαίρετον ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχουσῶν αὐτῇ περὶ Σερῦφιν τῆς πρὸς λίβα τοπαρχίας ἐκ τοῦ Νεικάνδρου κλήρου ἀρουρῶν δέκα πέντε ἐξ ἧς ἐὰν αἱρῆται τούτων κεφαλῆς κατοι κικῆς γῆς ἀρούρας πέντε , ἃς καὶ ἐξέσται τῇ Γαίᾳ τῇ καὶ Σαραπιάδι ἀπὸ τῆσδε τῆς ὁμο λογίας διʼ ἑαυτῆς μετεπιγράφεσθαι διὰ τῶν καταλοχισμῶν, μὴ προσδεηθείσῃ τῆς τῆς μητρὸς Ἰουλίας Ἡρακλᾶς συνεπιγρα φῆς. κρατεῖν οὖν καὶ κυριεύειν τὴν Γαίαν τὴν καὶ Σαραπιάδα σὺν ἐγγόνοις καὶ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτῆς μεταλημψομένοις
