Διδύμωι καὶ ἈπολλωνίωιΗ τοπογραμματεῦσι καὶ κωμογραμματεῦσι παρὰ Θαμούνιος τῆς Ὀννώφριος τῶν ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγ χων πόλεως μετὰ κυρίου Σαραπίωνος τοῦ Σαραπίωνος. ὁ υἱός μου Θοῶνις Διονυσίου ἄτεχνος ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπὶ λαύρας ΤευμενούθεωςΤεμουενούθεως ἀνεχώρησεν εἰς τὴν ξένην τῶι διελθόντι χρόνῳ. διὸ ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ἀναγράφεσθαι τοῦτον ἐν τοῖς ἀνακεχωρηκόσιν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος τετάρτου ἔτους Τιβερίου Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος, καὶ ὀμνύω Τιβέριον Κλαύδιον Καίσαρα Σεβαστὸν Γερμανικὸν Αὐτοκράτορα ἀληθῆ εἶναι τὰ προγεγραμμένα, καὶ μηδένα πόρον ὑπάρχειν τῷ αὐτῷ Θοώνει α νεστρατε εὐορκούσῃ μέν μοι εὖ εἴηεἴηι, ἐπιορκούσῃ δὲ τὰ ἐναντία. εὐτυχεῖτε. ΘαμούνιονΘαμοῦνιν Ὀννώφριος ἐπιδέ δωκα τὸ ὑπόμνημα καὶ ὀμώ μοκαὀμώμεκα τὸν προγεγραμμένον ὅρκον. Σαραπίωνων Σαραπίωνος ἐπιγέγραμμαι αὐτῆς κύριος καὶ γέγραφα ὑπὲρ αὐτῆς μὴ εἰδυίας γράμματα. ἔτους δ Τιβερίου Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος, Τῦβι ιβ. Θαμούνιον ὡς ἐτῶν νη μέση ἄσημος οφε τη ξεχ ἄτεχνος.
