Παπίσκωι κοσμητεύσαντι τῆς πόλεως καὶ στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου καὶ Πτολεμαίῳ βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖ καὶ τοῖς γράφουσι τὸν νομὸν παρὰ Ἁρμιύσιος τοῦ Πετο σίριος τοῦ Πετοσίριος μη τρὸς Διδύμης τῆς Διογένους τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Φθώχιος τῆς πρὸς ἀπηλιώτην τοπαρχίας. ἀπεγραψάμην τῶι ἐνεσ τῶτι ιβ ἔτει Νέρωνος Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν Φθῶχιν, ἀπὸ γο νῆς ὧν ἔχω θρεμμάτων ἄρνας δέκα δύο , καὶ νῦν ἀπογράφομαι τοὺς ἐπιγε γονότας εἰς τὴν ἐνεστῶσαν δευτέραν ἀπογραφὴν ἀπὸ γονῆς τῶν αὐτῶν θρεμμά των ἄρνας ἑπτά, γίνονται ἄρνες ἑπτά · καὶ ὀμνύω Νέρωνα Κλαύδιον Καίσαρα Σεβαστὸν Γερμανικὸν Αὐτοκράτορα μὴ ὑπεστάλθαι. εὐτυχεῖτεἔρρωσθε.
