Ἀπολλωνίωι στρατηγῷ Μεμφείτου παρὰ Παποντῶτος Ψοσναῦτος ἀπὸ Μέμφεως. ἧς ἐπέδωκα Κεφάλωνι γενομένῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ ἀπογραφῆς διαδεχομένῳ καὶ τὰ κατὰ τὴν στρατηγίαν ἐστὶν ἀντίγραφον. ἔτους δ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐήρου Σεβαστοῦ Φαμενὼθ ζ. ἔστι δέ· Κεφάλωνι βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Μεμφείτου διαδεχομένῳ καὶ τὰ κατὰ τὴν στρατηγίαν παρὰ Παποντῶτος Ψοσναῦτος μητρὸς Ἀρτεμεῖτος τῶν ἀπὸ Μέμφεως ἀργῶν ἀναγραφο μένου ἐπὶ τοῦ ε ἀμφόδου. ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτόν τε καὶ τοὺς ἐμοὺς εἰς ἣν οἰκῶ ἐν Μέμφει οἰκίαν ος Πολυκράτους ἐπὶ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀμφόδου εἰς τὴν τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος κγ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐμαυτὸν Παποντῶτα εἰς τὸ αὐτὸ μ τ καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν τοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς τύχην
