παρὰ καταξιώσῃ ἡ σὴ διαθέσις συνήθωςσυνήθος καταξιοῦσακαταξυοῦσα φιλεῖνφιλῖν συγκροτῆσαισυνκροτῆσε τὸν εὐγενῆ Παῦλον ἀποσταλέντα παρʼ ἐμοῦ συνωνήσασθαισυνονήσασθαι οἶνον ἐμοί, καὶ μὴμὶ συγ χωρησάτωσυνχορησάτωι βαρεθῆναιβαρεθε͂ναι τὸ πλοῖον οἴνουὄνου εἰς τὸ τελώνιοντελονιν. θαρρῶνθαρο͂ν γὰρ τῇ σῇσε͂ͅ ἀρετῇ καὶ τῇ μεταξὺμεξὺ φιλίᾳ γεγράφηκαγεγράφεκα. θεὸς γὰρ οἶδενὖδεν ἅγιος οὐ προστασίας ἕνεκεν γεγράφηκαγεγράφεκα, ἀλλὰ ἐμοὶ φέρεταιφέρετε ὁ οἶνοςὖνος. τὰ δὲ ἀποσταλέντα παρʼ ἐμοῦ εὐτελέστατα καταξιώσατεκαταξιόσατη ὡςὁς πολλὰ δέξασθαι. τὴντη δὲ σεμνοπρεπεστάτηνσεμνοπρεπεστατη ἐλευθέραν καὶ τὰ φίλτατα ὑμῶν παιδίαπεδία ἐξ ἐμοῦ προσειπεῖνπροσειπῖν καταξίωσονκαταξίοσον, καὶ ἐν οἷς χρείαχρία τῶντον ἐνταῦθα καταξιώσατεκαταξιόσατηαταξιοσατη κελεύειν. ἐπίδος τῷ δεσπότῃ διὰ πάντα θαυμασιωτάτῳ ἐναρέτῳ ἀδελφῷ αδῳ φίλῳ παρὰ Κωνσταντίνου.
