χαῖρε, Ἀφροδείτη, Ἄγαθός σε ἀσπάζομαι. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαίεὔχομέ σε ὑγιαίνεινυἱαίνιν καὶ τὸ προσκύνημά σου ποιῶ παρὰ τῷ κυρίῳ Σαράπιδι. λήμψῃ παρὰ Δόξης τῆς ἀναδιδούσης σοι τὸ ἐπιστο λίδιον τὸ ἐντολικὸν ΠτολεμαίδοςΠτολεμαίτος ὃ ἔλαβον παρὰ ΧαιρήμονοςΧαιρηνος τοῦ ποικιλτοῦ πέμψαι αὐτῃ ὡς ἔδωκέν μοι ἐσφραγισμένον. ταχέως δήλωσον ἡμῖνἡμεῖν διὰ φάσεως ὡς ἀπέσχες, ἵνα μὴ βαρήσεις ἀνθρώποις γράψαι σοι ἐπιστολίδιον, ἵνα μὴ ὀχληρὰ γένῃ παρʼ ἀνθρώποις. καὶ περὶ τῶν πρώτων ἐντολικῶν δήλωσόν μοι. ἄσπασαι τὴν μητέραμητέραν σου καὶ τὸν πατέρα σου καὶ Ἄγαθον καὶ Ἡρακλάμμωνα καὶ Διδύμην καὶ Ἀλεξάνδραν καὶ Σιτρίαν σὺν τῷ ἀνδρί. μαθέτω ὅτι ἀσπά ζομαι αὐτήν. ἄσπασαιἄσπασε τοὺς σοὺς πάντας κατʼ ὄνομα ἐξ ὀνόματός μου. ἔχει πάλιν ἡ Δόξα ἄλλα τινὰ ἃ ἔσχεν Ἀφροδείτῃ παρὰ Ἀγάθου.
