Αὐρήλιος Σαραπάμμων ὁ καὶ Δίδυμος Ὀξυρυγχεί της καὶ Ἀθηναῖος περιοδονίκης κράτιστος ξυστάρχης διὰ βίου καὶ ὡς χρηματίζω Αὐρηλίῳ ῳ καὶ ὡς χρηματίζεις ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Ὀξυρυγ χειτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ἀποσυνίστημί σε κατὰ τόδε τὸ ἐπίσταλμα ὥστε σε ἀποδημοῦντα εἰς τὴν λαμπροτά την Ἀλεξάνδριαν ἀναζητῆσαι δοῦλόν μου ὀνόμα τι ν ὡς ἐτῶν λε, ὃν καὶ σὺ αὐτὸς γνωρίζεις , ὅνπερ ἀνευρὼν παραδώσεις, ἐξουσίας σοι οὔσης ὅσα καὶ ἐμοὶκἀμοὶ παρόντι ἔξεστιν ασθαι καὶ εἴργεινεἴργιν καὶ μαστιγοῦνμαστιγοῖν καὶ ἐνα γωγὴν ποιεῖν ἐφʼ ὧν δέον ἐστὶν πρὸς τοὺς ὑποδεξα μένους αὐτὸν καὶ αἰτεῖσθαι ἐκδικίανἐκδικείαν. τὸ δὲ ἐπί σταλμα τοῦτο μοναχόν σοι ἐξεδόμην, ὅπερ κύ ριον ἔστω πανταχοῦ ἐπιφερόμενον, καὶ ἐπερωτη θεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους ιδ καὶ ἔτους ιγ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ ἔτους ϛ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων Παχὼν ιϛ, ὑπατείαςὑπατίας Φαύστου καὶ Γάλλου. Αὐρήλιος Σαραπάμμων ὁ καὶ Δίδυμος κράτιστος ξυστάρχης διὰ βίου ἐπέστει λα πάντα τὰ προκείμεναπροκειμενοις ὡς πρό κειται.
