ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Λικιννίου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Κρίσπου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Αὐρηλίῳ Ἡρᾷ τῷ καὶ Διονυσίῳ πραιποσίτῳ η πάγου νομοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἁτρῆτος Ἱερακίωνος τεσσαραρίουτεσσαλαρίου κώμης Δωσιθέου τοῦ ὑπὸ σοὶ πάγου. δίδωμιδίδομι τῷ ἰ δίῳ μου κινδύνῳ πρὸς ἄμειψινἄμιψιν τοῦ ἐν τῷ Πη λουσίῳ ὀνηλάτου ἀντὶ τοῦ ἐκεῖἐκῖ ὄντος τὸν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμένον ὄντα εὔπορον καὶ ἐπιτή δειονἐπιτήδιον πρὸς τὴν χρείαν. ἔστι δὲ Αὐρήλιος Ὧρος Παθώθου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῆς προκειμένης Φαρμοῦθι ιη. Αὐρήλιος Ἁτρῆς ἐπιδέδωκα. Αὐρήλιος Ἀμμωνᾶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ μὴ εἰδότος γράμματα.
