ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου Αὐγούστου τὸ ἔνατον καὶ Ἰουλιανοῦ τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ β, Ἐπεὶφ η. Φλαούιοι Εὐτρύγιος ἀπὸ λογιστῶν καὶ Ἀπίων στρατηγὸς Ὀξυρυγχίτου Αὐρηλίῳ Σινέειτι ἀπὸ τῶν αὐτόθι χαίρειν. ἀκολούθως τοῖς κεκελευσμένοις ὑπὸ τῆς τάξεωςἐπιστολῆς τοῦ κυρίου μου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος Πομπωνίου Μητροδώρου Μητροδώρου ἀνδριὰν ἁρμόσασθαι. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης Ἐπεὶφ ι.
