αιος ὁ καὶ Λαῖτος στρατηγὸς Λυκοπολίτου Αὐρηλίῳ Χαιρήμονι τῷ καὶ Σπαρτιάτῃ στρατηγῷ Ἑρ μοπολίτου τῷ φιλτάτῳ χαίρειν. υπλιος ἢ καὶ ὡς ἄλλως χρηματίζων ἐκ τῆς προνοίας καὶ κελευ ωουαπα εληαι κακαιυπτηωσαδω θηου Αὐρηλίῳ Ὡριγένει τῷ καὶ Ἀπολλωνίῳ διαδεχομένῳ τὴν νομαρχίαν τῆς Ἀντινόου πόλεως καὶκὰ ἐκεῖνος κατὰ τὴν αὐτοῦ ἐπιμέλειαν εὑρὼν ὁμώνυμον αὐτοῦ ἄλλον τινα ἰατρὸν ἀπέστειλεν ἐνταῦθα. ἐκεῖ νος δὲ ἔφη αὐτὸν εἶναι ἐν κώμῃ Πώκει τοῦ Κουσσίτου ἄνω τοῦ ὑπό σε νομοῦ. εὖ ποιήσεις κατὰ τὴν προσοῦ σάν σοι ἐπιμέλειαν τοῦτον παραδοὺς Κουλῶτι Θα τρῆτος καὶ Ἀσετι Νείλου. ἀλλὰ καὶ Πεβων Καλλινίκου Σαλιουραηναδ τα ἐν τῇ εμαραδεισκ λοχγνωηρτησουσειωσκε λετουηεπωυδυα λιοδωροοπθη. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι φίλτατε ἔτους ε Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Πουπλίου Λικιννίου Οὐαλεριανοῦ καὶ Πουπλίου Λικιννίου Οὐαλεριανοῦ Γαλλιηνοῦ Γερμανικῶν Μεγίστων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν καὶ Πουπλίου Λικιννίου Κορνηλίου Σαλωνίνου Οὐαλεριανοῦ τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος Σεβαστῶν.
