ἑκάστης μνᾶς τοῦ μηνὸς ἑκάστου ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄντος μηνὸς ἐπάναγκον ἀποδώσω σοι τό τε υς μέχρι ι τοῦ Θὼθ μηνὸς τοῦ εἰσίοντος ἔτους · εἰ δὲ μή, συγχωρῶσυνχωρῶ μένειν περὶ σὲ ἀντὶ τοῦ κεφαλαίου καὶ τῶν τόκων τὴν κράτησιν καὶ κυρείαν εἰς τὸν ἀεὶ χρόνον τοῦ ὑπάρχοντός μοι μέρους ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Δρόμου Θοήριδος οἰκίας καὶ αἰθρίου καὶ αὑλῆς καὶ εἰσόδων καὶ ἐξόδων καὶ χρηστηρίων καὶ ἀνηκόντων πάντων ὧν γείτονες Νοτου Βορρᾶ Ἀλίας τῆς καὶ Διογενίδος, Ἀπηλιώτου , Λιβὸς Πτολλαρίωνος καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει μετὰ τὴν δηλουμένην προθεσμίαν κρατεῖν καὶ κυριεύειν τῆς προκειμένης οἰκίας καὶ τῶν συγκυόντωνσυνκυρόντων πάντων χρᾶσθαι καὶ οἰκονομεῖν περὶ αὐτοῦ ὡς ἐὰν αἱρῇ, μηδεμιᾶς μοι ἢ ἄλλῳ μηδενὶ ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ ἐπὶ τοῦτο ἢ ἐπὶ μέροςμέρους αὐτοῦ ἐφόδου καταλειπομένης κατὰ μηδένα τρόπον, ἔτι δὲ καὶ ἐπάναγκες παρέξομαί σοι τοῦτο βέβαιον διὰ παντὸς ἀπὸ πάντων πάσῃ βεβαιώσει καὶ καθαρὸν ἀπό τε ἀπογραφῆς ἀνδρῶν καὶ γεωργίας βασιλικῆς τε καὶ οὐσιακῆς γῆς καὶ παντὸς εἴδους καὶ ὀφειλῆς καὶ κατοχῆς πάσης δημοσίας τε καὶ ἰδιωτικῆς καὶ ἀπὸ παντὸς οὑτινοσοῦν ἄλλου καὶ πάντα δὲ τὸν καθʼ ὁνδηποτοῦν τρόπον ἐπελευσόμενον ἢ ἐμποιησόμενον τούτου χάριν ἢ μέρους αὐτοῦ ἐπάναγκον ἀποστήσω παραχρῆμα ταῖς ἐμαυτοῦ δαπάναις καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης,
