Αὐρήλιος Πετοσῖρις Πετοσίριος νεκροτάφος ἀπὸ ἹβιτῶνἹβειτῶν πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ Πετεχῶντι υἱῷ Τμάρσιος ἀπὸ κώμης Κύσεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ χαρίζεσθαι σοὶ χάριτι ἀναφαιρέτῳ καὶ ἀμετανοήτῳ, εὐνοίας ἕνεκεν καὶ ἀμετανοήτῳ ἣν ἔδειξας εἰς ἐμέ, ἀπὸ τῆς ὑπαρ χούσης μοι κηδείας νεκροταφικῆς ἐν Κύσει μετὰ καὶ τῶν κωμῶν τῆς Κύσεως μέρος τέταρτον ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν μέχρι παντὸς καὶ οὐκ ἐξέσται μοι οὔτε ἄλλῳ τινὶ τῶν ἐμῶν μετελθεῖν σε περὶ τῆσδε τῆς δό σεως, διὰ τὸ οὕτως μοι δεδόχθαι. ἡ δὲ χάρις αὕτη ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα κυρία ἔστω καὶ βεβαία ὡς ἐν δημοσίῳ κατακειμένη καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους ε Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκων Ἰουλίων Φιλίππων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν Χοιακ κε. Αὐρήλιος Κλαύδιος Ψεναμούνιος παρανέγνων. Αὐρήλιος Πετοσῖρις ὁ προκείμενος ἐχαρισάμην ὡς πρόκειται καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιος ΦιλῖνοςΦιλεῖνος ὁ καὶ Θεόγνωστος ἐρωτηθείς. Αὐρήλιος Φιλοσάραπις Ἀπολλωνίου μαρτυρῶ. Αὐρήλιος Ἀμμώνιος Ψάιτος μαρτυρῶ.
