Πτολεμαίῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοΐτου Πολέμωνος μερίδος. παρὰ Πανεσνεῦτος τοῦ Πενεου ήριος τοῦ Πανεσνέως μητρὸς Θ ἀπὸ κώμης Ναρμού θεως τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος. ὁ υἱὸς μου ς μητρὸς Ταακήους, γέρδιος λαογραφούμενος ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς κώ μης, ἐτελεύτησεν τῷ ἐνεστῶτι μηνὶ Μεσορὴ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιθ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ. διὸ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν τοῖς τετελευ τηκόσι. τῶι κωμογραμματεῖ. εἰ ἐτελεύτησε, τὸ ἀκόλουθον ἐπιτέλει, ὡς πρὸς σὲ τοῦ λόγου ὄντος, ἐάν τι μὴ δεόντως γένηται. ἔτους ιθ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Μεσορὴ λ. Πτολεμαῖος σεσημείωμαι.
