Ὀννόφρι Πνεφερῶτος ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα οὐλὴ μετόπῳ ἐξ ἀριστερῶν μεμισθωκέναι αὐτῷ Ὀννόφρι εἰς ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος τρεισκαιδεκάτου ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν αὐτῇ περὶ Πτολ εμαίδα Νέαν κλήρου ἄρουραν μίαν ἥμισυ εἰς σπορὰν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῆται καὶ ἀπέχειν τὴν Θερμοῦ θειν παρὰ τοῦ Ὀννώφριος ἐκ προδόματος τὴν τῶν ἐκφορίων τῆς διετίας τιμὴν ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν τεσσαράκοντα διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου καὶ βεβαιώσεινβεωσιν Θερμοῦθιν ἀπὸ δημοσίων ὀ φειλημάτωνὀφιλητων καὶ παντὸς εἴδους. ὑπογραφεὺς ὁ κύριος. ΘερμοῦθιςΘερλοῦθις Πασοκνοπαίου μ ετὰ κυρίου ἈρτεμᾶτοςἈρτενᾶτος τοῦ Ἡρ ακλείδου μεμίσθωκα τῷ Ὀν νόφριὈννώπρι περὶ ΠτολεμαίδαΠτολεναίλα ΝέανΝέα κλήρου ἄρουραν μίαν ἥμισ υεἵμισυ καὶ ἀπέχω τὴν τιμὴν δρ αχμὰςδραχνὰς ἑκατὸν τεσσαράκο ντα τῶν δημοσίωνδεμοσίων ὄντων πρὸς ἐμὲ καθὼς πρόκιται. Ἀρ τεμᾶςἈρτενᾶς γέγραφαγέγραπα καὶ ὑπὲρ αὐτῆ ς μὴ εἰδυίαςἰδυίης γράμματαγράννατα.
