Λυσίμαχος Λυσιμάχου τῇ ὁμοπα τρίῳ καὶ ὁμομητρίῳ μου ἀδελφῇ Ἡρῶι μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἑαυτῆςἑατῆς συνγενοῦς Ἡρώδου τοῦ Πτολεμαίου χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶὁμολογῶι ἐπάναγκον ὁπηνίκαν ἐάν μοι συντάσσῃς καταγράφειν σοι διὰ τοῦ ἐν ΤεβτύνειΤεβτύνι γραφείουγραφίου τὸντην ὑπάρχονταὑπαρχουσαν μοι περὶ Ἰβι ῶνα Εἰκοσαπενταρούρων ἀμ πελῶνα ἀναδενδρατικὸν ἀρούρης μιᾶςμειᾶς ἡμίσουςἡμείσους ὅνπερ ἐώνημαι παρὰ Διδύμου τοῦ ἀμφοτέρων ἀδελφοῦ, ὄντος δέ σου ἀνδρός, ἐμοῦ μηθὲν ἁπλῶς λαμβάνοντος, μηδε μιᾶςμηδεμειᾶς βεβαιώσεως ἐξακολου θούσηςἐξακλουθούσης πλὴν τῶν ἐξ ἐμοῦ ἢ ἐκ τοῦ ἐμοῦ ὀνόματος ἐπελευ σομένων. ἡ χεὶρ ἥδε κυρία ἔστω. ἔτους δευτέρου Γαίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ, Μεχεὶρ ε.
