τῷ παρὰ θεῷ ἠγαπημένῳ πατρὶ ἄπα Παπνουτίῳ Ἡρακλείδης. ἀεὶ μὲν σὸς ὁ καιρὸς τοῦ εὔξασθαι ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν, καὶ τῆς παρὰ τοῦ κρειττονος διὰ τῶν εὐχῶν σου βοηθείας δεόμεθα· νῦν δὲ πλέον παρακαλῶ σε τοῦτο καὶ εἰς ὄνομά μου καὶ πρὸς τὴν καταλαβοῦσάν με νόσον ἐπείγουσάνἐπίγουσάν με ποιῆσαι καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον καρκυς δοῦναι ?. οὐ γὰρ ἄλλως βοηθεῖσθαι πιστεύω γαροις χριστοφορίαςχρηστοφορίας ἕως ὑγίειανὑγείιαν ἔχεις. ἐρρῶσθαί σε ἐν κυρίῳ Χρηστῷ εὔχομαι ἐπὶ πολὺν χρόνον εὐχόμενον ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ συνε χῶς, πάτερ θεοσεβέστατεθεοσεβεστατατε καὶ ὁ προφήτης βοᾷ, ἐν θλίψειθλίψι ἐπεκαλεσάμην καὶ εἰσήκουσεν μου. νῦν ἀληθῶς θλῖψις ἐν ᾗ εἰμί, ὅπου οὔτε ἀδελφοῦ οὔτε τινὸς ἄλλου βοηθῆσαι δύναται βοήθεια εἰ μὴ ἡ διὰ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν ΧριστοῦΧρηστοῦ διὰ τῶν ὑμῶν εὐχῶν προσδοκωμένηπροσδοκομένη ἐλπίς. τῷ παρὰ θεῷ ἠγαπημένω πατρὶ ἄπα Παπνουτίῳ Ἡρακλείδης.
