μων πρεσβύτερος καὶ μονάζων ὁ προγεγραμμένος προγεγραμμένων δύο μοναστηρίων μετὰ παν τ ἐν τῷ ὄρει κώμης Τάσρεως τοῦ Λυκοπολίτου νομοῦ μεταλειφθεισομένης παρʼ ἐμοῦ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ει ρίοις εἴδεσι καὶ σκεύεσιν ἀπὸ μεγάλου συμβόλου καθὼς προγέγραπται καὶ βεβαιώσω ὤμοσα τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον καὶ πείθομαιπίθομαι πᾶσι τοῖς ὡμολόγησα καὶ ἀπέλυσα. Βίκτωρ υἱὸς Ἰουλίου αὐτοῦ ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ παρόντος καὶ εἰπον τος vestiges
