ὑπατείας τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Ἰουλιανοῦ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου τὸ δ καὶ Φλαυίου Σαλλουστίου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἐπάρχου τοῦ ἱεροῦ πραιτωρίουπρετωρίου. Αὐρηλίῳ Ἑρμείᾳ Ἡλιοδώρου ἄρξαντι βουλευτῇ ἐνάρχῳ στρα τηγῷ Ἑρμουπόλεως τῆς λαμπροτάτης παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Δίου Ἀπόλλωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ἔτι ἀπὸ τοῦ μηνὸς Μεσορὴ ἡ ἐμὴ σύμβιος Ἑρμιόνη καιροτηρησαμένη τὴν ἀπουσίαν μου ἐπὶ κώμης διατρίβοντος πάντα τὰ ἔνδον ἐπὶ τῆς ἡμετέρας οἰκίας ἐν ᾗ καὶ ἀναγκαῖα βιβλία ὑφειλα μένηὑφιλαμένη ἄνομον ἔξοδον πεποίηται καὶ πολλάκιςπολλάκεις ἔπεμπον επισεωκλαιαιλω. τότε μὲν ἐφάνη ὅτε τνετρ ενετο ἀνέσχυντο τὰ ἡμέτερα οὐκ ἀποδέδωκεν μάλιστα τὰς πράσεις τῶν ἐμῶν οἰκοπέδων. διὰ τοῦτο μὴ δυνάμενος ἀφησυχάσαιαφησυχασει ἐπιδίδωμι τῇ σῇ συνέσει τάδε τὰ βιβλία ἀξιῶν ταύτην πανταχόθεν ἀχθῆναιἀχθῆνε καὶ ἐν ἀσφαλεῖ εἶναι ἄχρι τῆς εὐτυχοῦς ἐπιδημίας τοῦ κυρίου μου διασημοτάτου ἡγεμόνος Κερεαλίου Τηλεφίου Ἱεροκλέους ἐμοῦ μέλλοντος τὴν περὶ τούτου ἐντυχίαν ποιήσασθαι. διευτύχει. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης Φαρμοῦθι κε.
