ὑπατείας Φλαυίων ΕὐχερίουΕὐχαιρίου καὶ Συαγρίου τῶν λαμπροτάτων ἐπάρχωνἐπαρχουχου. Φλαουίῳ Ἰσιδώρῳ βενεφικιαρίῳ τάξεως ἡγεμο νίας Θηβαίδος παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Παχύμιος Παύλου οἰκοῦντος ἐν κώμῃ Μονύρι. βούλομαι ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μισθώσασθαι παρά σου ἐπὶ διετῆ χρόνον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς θ ἰνδικτίονος τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν σοι ἄρουραν μίαν ἐκ λιβὸς τοῦ γεωργίου μου φόρου ἀπο τάκτου κατʼ ἔτος σίτου ἀρτάβας τέσσαρας ἅσπερ σοι ἀποδώσω τῷ Ἐπὶφ μηνὶ ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀνυπερθέτως ἐν σίτῳ νέῳ καθα ρῷ κεκοσκινευμένῳ μέτρῳ Ἀθηναίῳ ἐφʼ ἁλώνων τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Μονύρε ως, τῶν δημοσίων παντοίων τε λεσμάτων ὄντων πρὸς σὲ τὸν γεοῦχον. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείας τῆς προκιμένης Φαρμοῦθι ζ. Αὐρήλιος ΠαχῦμιςΠαχύμιος Παύλου ὁ προκίμενος μεμίσθωμαι ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ἑρμῆς Σαμβᾶ ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος μίσθωσις Παχύμιος Παύλου.
