ἀριθμῷ σκβ ἔστι δέ· Λουκίῳ Οὐολουσίῳ Μαικιανῷ ἐπάρχῳ Αἰγύπτου παρὰ Σεραπίωνος Ἁργώθου μητρὸς Τατίχεως τῆς Παχύμιος ἀπὸ ἑβδομήκοντα δύο ἔτη εἰσεδόθην κατʼ ἐπή ρειαν τοι τῶν κατὰ καιρὸν ἡγεμόνων καὶ ἐπιστρατήγων η κρατεῖσθαι οὐ μόνον τούτους ἀλλὰ καὶ λειτουργίαν ὁπότε πρὸ πολ λοῦ χρόνου κατὰ τὸ ἀναγκαῖον οὖν, ἡγεμὼν κύριε, κατέφυγον ἐπὶ σὲ τὸν πάντων σωτῆρα καὶ εὐεργέτην ἀξιῶν, ἐάν σου τῇ τύχῃ δόξῃ, γράψαι τῷ τοῦ νομοῦ στρατηγῷ ἀπαρενόχλητόν με φυλαχθῆναι, ἵνα δυνηθῶ ἐν τοῖς ἰδίοις ἐπιμένειν καὶ ὦ εὐεργετημένος. διευτύχει. Σεραπίων Ἁργώθου μητρὸς Τατίχεως τῆς Παχύμιος ἐπιδέδωκα καθὼς πρόκειται τὸ ἀναφόριον. Παῆσις τοῦ δεῖνα ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ μὴ εἰδότος γράμματα. ἔστι δὲ ὑπογραφῆς τοῦ ἡγεμόνος ἀντίγραφον· ὁ τοῦ νομοῦ στρατηγὸς ποιήσει τὰ δέοντα.
