ς παραγραφῆς αι τοὺς συνεχομένους ἐπιμόνους εἶναι διακατε λεα κατὰ τὸν νομον ὃν τρόπον εισηι περὶ τῶν προδεδηλω μένων διὰ τῆς συνκρίσεως μᾶλλον ἀποδεχόμεθά σε τὴν ἀρίστην διάληψιν εως Πολύαινος τῶν πρώτων φίλων κεν ἡμῖν ὃν τρόπον περὶ τῶν ἐπιμελῶς ἔσχηκας τοις ἐπιδεικνύμενοναἐποιδεικνύμενον ἔτους Θωῦθ ϛ Βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι καὶ βασιλίσσηι Κλεοπάτραι τῆι ἀδελφῆι καὶ γυναικὶ θεοῖς Εὐεργέταις χαίρειν. ρ θεοῦ μεγάλου Σεὴφ καὶ ου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἱεροῦ ἐμ Μέμφει τῶν Ἡρακλεοπο λιτ Πολυαίνου τῶν πρώτων φίλων καὶ τῶν σὺν αὐτῶι παραγίνεσθαι εἰς τὴν πόλιν ομένου ἐν τῶι Χοιὰχ δεόμεθ’ ὑμῶν τῶν μεγίστων θεῶν Εὐεργετῶν, ἐὰν ὑμῖν δοκεῖ, προστάξαι γράψαι Πολεμαίωι τῶν ἰσοτίμων τοῖς πρώτοις φίλοις καὶ στρατηγῶι μὴ ἐπιτρέπειν παρενοχλεῖν ἡμᾶς ἕως τοῦ ὅπως ἀνεμποδίστως τὰς θυσίας καὶ εὐχὰς δυνώμεθ’ ἐπιτελεῖν ὑπέρ τε σοῦ καὶ τῆς ἀδελφῆς σου καὶ γυναικὸς καὶ μερίσαι καὶ ἡμῖν, ἐὰν ἦι ἀληθῆ τὰ διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως, ἧς ἔχετε πρὸς τὸ θεῖον εὐσεβείας καὶ πρὸς ἅπαντας ἀντιλήψεως. τούτου δὲ γενομένου ἐσόμεθα βεβοηθημένοι. εὐτυχεῖτε
