Αὐρήλιος Παυσανίας Οὐαλερίου ἄρξας Μωθιτῶν πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ Ψάιτι Παμούριος ἀπὸ κώμης Κέλλεως τῆς αὐτῆς Μωθιτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ κεχαρίσθαι σοι χάριτι αἰωνίᾳ καὶ ἀναφαιρέτῳ ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν ἐπὶ τὸν ἅπαντα χρόνον ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων μοι ἐδαφῶν ἐξ ἀπηλιώτουαπηλίτου κώμης Κέλλεως τόπον πρὸς ἀνοικοδομὴν, νότου καὶ βορρᾶ πηχέων τεκτονικῶν δεκαπέντε , ἀπηλιώτου καὶ λιβὸςβορρα πηχέων εἴκοσι πέντε . γείτονες· ἀπηλιώτου ἐδάφη ἐμοῦ Παυσανίου, λιβὸς καμη λὼν Ὥρου Μέρσιος, νότου οἰκία σου καὶ υἱοῦ καὶ ν σου, βορρᾶ ῥύμη δημοσία, ἢ οἳ ἂνἐὰν ὦσι γείτονες πάντοθεν, πρὸς τὸ ἐξεῖναί σοι ἐπικρατεῖν καὶ κυριεύειν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔχειν διοικεῖν καὶ οἰκονομεῖν περὶ τοῦ χαρισθέντος σοι τόπου ἑκουσίᾳἑκουσίω γνώμῃ τρόπῳ ᾧ ἂνἐὰν αἱρῇ τῆς βεβαι ώσεως ἐξακολουθούσης μοι διὰ παντὸς ἀπὸ παντὸς τοῦ ἐπε λευσομένου καὶ ἀντιποιησομένου. κυρία ἡ χάρις ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα ἐπὶ ὑπογραφῆς μου ἔστω καὶ βεβαία ὡς ἐν δημοσίῳ κατα κειμένη καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείας Φλαυίου Δελματίου ἀδελφοῦ τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Αὐγούστου καὶ Δομιττίου Ζηνοφίλου τῶν λαμπροτάτων vac Ἁθὺρ α. Αὐρήλιος Παυσανίας Οὐαλερίου ἄρξας ὁ προκείμενος ἐχαρισά μην τὸν προκείμενον ψιλὸν τόπον ὡς πρόκειται καὶ ἐπερωτη θεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
