βασιλείας καὶ ὑπατείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Ἰουστίνου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους δωδεκάτου Φαῶφι εἰκὰς ἕκτῃεἰκοσιέκτῃ ἑνδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος. τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ υἱῷ τῆς μακαρίας μνήμης Ἰωάννου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Κωνσταντίνου Βίκτορος βραδέως ὑπογράφοντος ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀχιλλέως τοῦ Ἑρμοπολίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ σοῦ ἐπὶ πενταετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῶν νῦν ὄντων ἐν ἀγροῖς τῆς σὺν θεῷ εἰσιούσης δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ αὐτῆς τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν σοι ἄρουραν μίαν σπορίμης γῆς ἄνυδρον ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν τριῶν σπορίμης γῆς ἀνύδρων κατὰ κοινωνίαν τῆς εὐγενεστάτης Εὐφραντίας τῶν ἀρουρῶν δύο εἰς συμπλήρωσιν τῶν αὐτῶν ἀρουρῶν τριῶν διακειμένων ἐν ίῳ καλουμένῳ ⲡⲓⲟⲙ ⲛϩⲟ ὑπὸ τὴν παρα φυλακὴν τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Ἀχιλλέως τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ, ὧν γείτονες νότου βορρᾶ χῶμα, ἀπηλιώτου γῄδια τῶν κληρονόμων λιβὸς
