παρὰ Ὡρίωνος Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ Ὡρείωνος τοῦ καὶ Λ καὶ τοῦ ἀνεψιοῦ Ὡρείωνος τοῦ καὶ Μύρου ει νος, τῶν ἐξηγητευσάντων τῆς Ὀ ξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως. ἀπογραφόμεθα κατὰ τὰ κε λευσθέντα ὑπὸ Διονυσίου Παπιρί ου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος πρὸς τὴν τοῦ διελθόντος κη ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν ἡμῖν ἀπὸ τῶν πατέρων να της μητρὸς μητρὸς Διονυσίας τῆς καὶ Τα αμόιτος Ἀχιλλίωνος περὶ κώμην Ἰσῖον Παγγᾶ τῆς ἄνω τοπαρχίας οἰκίαν, καὶ περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην ἕ τερον ψιλὸνψειλὸν τόπον, καὶ περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν ἑτέρους ψιλοὺςψειλοὺς τόπους, καὶ περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν οἰ κίαν καὶ αὐλὴν, καὶ περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν ψιλὸνψειλὸν τόπον, εἰς οὓς οὐδεὶς ἀπογράφεται οὐδὲ καταγίνεταιοὐδ κει καὶ ὀμνύομεν τὴν Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου τύχην μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους κθ αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου εὐσεβοῦς εὐτυχοῦς σεβαστοῦ Ἀρμενιακοῦ Μηδικοῦ Παρθικοῦ Σαρματικοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Βρεταννικοῦ, Μεσορὴ λ.
