ἐν Ἑρμοῦ πόλει τῆς Θηβαίδος. Αὐρηλίῳ Βασιλείδῃ τῷ εὐδοκιμωτάτῳ υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς μακαρίας μνήμης Ἰωάννου ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Ἰακυβίου υἱοῦ Λουλοῦτος ἐκ μητρὸς Κακὸ καὶ Μηνᾶ υἱοῦ Κωνσταντίνου ἐκ μητρὸς Τινουθίας ἀμπελουργῶν ἀπὸ τόπου καλουμένου Ἀνίλου2ιλου. ὑπὸ τὴν παρα φυλακὴν τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Μαγδώλων Μιρὴ τοῦ Ἑρμοπολίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ σοῦ εἰς πενταετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς σὺν θεῷ εἰσιούσης ἐνάτης ἰνδικτίωνος καὶ αὐτῆς τὸ διαφέρον σοι πωμάριον σὺν φυτοῖς διαφόροις καὶ φοίνιξι καὶ παντὶ δικαίῳ διακείμενον ἐν πεδιάδι τῆςτς αὐτῆς κώμης Μαγδώλων Μιρὴ ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ τόπῳ Ἀνίλουιλου καὶ ὑπὸ τὴν ταύτης παραφυλακὴν πρὸς χερικὴν καὶ πωμαρικὴν ἐργασίαν τοῦ αὐτοῦ πωμαρίου καὶ περίσκαψιν:περισκάψιν, l. περισκάψειν: πέμπτον κατʼ ἔτος ἀκαταφρονήτως, ἐφʼ ᾧ σὲ τὸν γεοῦχον λαβεῖν ιονη μίσθωσις πωμαρίου γεναμένη παρὰ Μηνᾶ Κωνσταντίνου
