χμγ ὑπατείας Φλαυΐου Φιλοξένου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτουλαμπροτάτου, Ἐπεὶφ κ τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος. Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀπολλῶτι, υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς μακαρίας μνήμης Διοσκόρου, τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ πρωτοκωμήτῃ κώμης Ἀφροδίτης τοῦ Ἀνταιο πολίτου νομοῦ, παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀνουφίου, ἐκ πατρὸς Ἰωάννου σιτομέτρου, μητρὸς Τσεμπνουθίας, ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Ἀφροδίτης, χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ διὰ ταύτης μου τῆς ἐγγράφου ἀσφαλείας ἐσχηκέναι καὶ κεχρῆσθαι παρὰ σοῦ εἰς ἰδίαν μου καὶ ἀναγκαίαν χρείαν εκου τακοντ καὶ ταῦτα ἑτοίμως ἔχω βαλεῖν εἰς τεταρτου μετ σὺν Θεῷ μελλούσης πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος, π υτεσμοδι ἑξήκοντα χ ωων τοῦ εὑρησιλογίας καὶ ὑπερθέσεως υς μου ε ὑποκειμένης ὑμῖν αχερουεθε
