Πακοίβις βασιλευόντων Κλεοπάτρας θεᾶς Εὐεργέτιδος καὶ βασιλέωςβασιλεύοντοσ Πτολεμαίου ἐπικαλουμένου Ἀλεξάνδρου τοῦ υἱοῦ θεῶν ΦιλομητόρωνἈλεξάνδρου ἔτους ἔτους τοῦ καὶ ἐφ ἱερέων καὶ ἱερειῶνἐπὶ ἱερέων καὶ κανηφόρου τῶν ὄντων καὶ οὐσῶν μηνὸς ἐν Παθύρει ἐφʼ Ἑρμίου τοῦοὐσῶν, ἀπέδοτο παρὰ Πανίσκου ἀγορανόμου. ἀπέδοτο ὁ καὶπαρ Πετοσῖρις Παῶτος Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς οὐλὴοὐληι τὸν δεξιὸν πόδα τὸτον ὕπαρχον αὐτῶι τῆς Παθύρεως, ἧς γείτονες νότου η ἢ οἳ ἂν ὦσι γείτονες τουεκααιου Πατοῦτος ὡς νης προπωλητὴς καὶ βεβαιωτὴς τῶν κατὰ τὴν ὠνὴν Πετοσῖρις ὁ ἀποδόμενος, ὃν ἐδέξατο Πακοῖβις ὁ πριάμενος. Ἑρμίας ὁ παρὰ Πανίσκου κεχρημάτικαπριάμενος. ἔτους ια Μεχεὶρ α. τέτακται εἰς τὴν δεκάτην τοῦ ἐνκυκλίου διὰ ἀναγέγραπται διʼ Ἀπολλωνίου Πακοῖβις Πατοῦτος ωνηνη συνγρα παρὰ Πετοσίριος χαλκοῦ ταλάντων β, τέλος Ασ. Ἀπολλώνιος τραπεζίτης.
