κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Ἡρακλείῳ Ἀπολλώνιος. ἀκούσας καὶ σὲ ἐν ταῖς αὐταῖς ἀνάγκαις γεγενῆσθαι, οὐχ ἡδέως ἔσχον, πλὴν ὅσον ἐγχωρεῖ θεοῦ συνεργοῦντος φιλονικήσομεν καὶ αὐτὰ δανείζεσθαιδανήζεσθαι. ὅσα δὲ πέπονθεν ὁ ἀδελφός μου Ἥρων ἐν τῇ Λύκων γενό μενος, ἵνʼ ἐπιλάβηται Κτίστου τοῦ μυροπώλου, οὐδὲ διηγήσασθαι δύ ναμαι. καὶ γὰρ ὡς ἐν ἐχθρῶν πόλει οὕτως αὐτῷ πάντες προσηνέ χθησαν ὡς καὶ ὀλίγου δεῖν αὐτὸν ἀπόλλυσθαι ὑπὸ τῶν πολιτῶν σου. ἀλλὰ ὡς σὺ εἶ ὁ ἐπιστάτης αὐτῶν, τὸ παρὸν ὑπερεθέμην, δυνάμε νος τὴν παρὰ τῶν μειζόνων ἐκδικίανἐκδικείαν αἰτήσασθαι. ἵνα δὲ καὶ ταῦτα περιαιρεθῇ καὶ τὸ πρόσταγμα πέρας λαβεῖν δύνηται, περὶ πάν τός σοι γενέσθω, κύριέ μου ἄδελφε, πανταχόθεν τὸν Κτίστην τοῦτον ἀποστεῖλαι διὰ δημοσίου, πρότερον ἐγγύας παρασχόντα παρὰ σοί, ἵνα μὴ πάλιν δυνηθῇ διαφυγεῖν. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι, κύριέ μου ἄδελφε τῷ παντὶ χρόνῳ ἐρρωμένον vestiges κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Ἡρακλείῳ Ἀπολλώνιος.Connections
