βιβλιοφύλαξι δημοσίων λόγων παρὰ Φιλοσαράπιδος Λυσιμάχου τοῦ καὶ Διδύμου Ἀντινοέως ἐπιτρόπου κατασταθέντος ἀπὸ ἐξηγητοῦ ἄρχοντος πρυτανικῶν Ἰουλίου τοῦ καὶ Ἡρώδου Φιλαντινόου τοῦ καὶ Ἡρώδου ἀφήλικος Ἀντινοέως. κατεχώρισα ὑμῖν διάπρα σιν σκευῶν καὶ ἄλλων τῶν καταλειφθέντωνκαταλιφθέντων ὑπὸ τοῦ τοῦ ἀφήλικος πατρὸς εἰς τὸ ἐπιβάλλον αὐτῷ μέρος. ἔτους ιδ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σευήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ κβ.
