Α στρατηγῶι Ὀξυρυγχείτου χαίρειν. βιβλιδίων ἐπιδοθέντων μοι ὑπὸ Σαραπίωνος Τερεντίου γραμματέως πράκτορος τὸ ἕτερον σημιωσάμενος ἔπεμψά σοι, ὅπως διαγνοὺς μεταξὺμετοξὺ αὐτοῦ καὶ οὗ αἰτιᾶται ἑτέρου πράκτορος τὰ προσήκοντα ἀποφήνῃ, μηδενὸς ἐπεχομένου τῶν πράσσεσθαι ὀφειλόντων. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι. ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Ἀρμενιακοῦ Μηδικοῦ Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐήρου Σεβαστοῦ Ἀρμενιακοῦ Μηδικοῦ Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου δὸς υπ τεως σεσημείωμαι
