βασιλεύοντος Πτολεμαίου τοῦ Πτολεμαίου καὶ Ἀρσινόης θεῶν ἀδελφῶν ἔτους τρίτου, ἐφʼ ἱερέως Ἀρχελάου τοῦ Δαμᾶ Ἀλεξάνδρου καὶ θεῶν ἀδελφῶν, κανηφόρου Ἀρσινόης Φιλαδέλφου Ἀρσινόης τῆς Πολεμοκράτους, μηνὸς , Αἰγυπτίων δὲ . ὁμολογία Ἀσκληπιάδου Μάγνητοςτητος τῶν Ἀντιόχου ἑκατονταρούρουἑκατοναρούρου πρὸς τοὺς γεωργούς. ἐπὶ τοῖσδε συγγέγραφε Ἀσκληπιάδης Μάγνητοςτητοςἀποδεδόσθαι τοὺς καρποὺς τοὺς ἐν τῶι κλήρωι πάντας Ποκᾶι Παμῆτος καὶ Πετοβάστει καὶ Πάσιτι Πετῶτος καὶ Γάμπι, πᾶσιν Ἡρακλεοπολίταις γεωργοῖς ἐφʼ ὧι πάντα ποιήσουσι ἐν τοῖς δέουσι καιροῖς ὡς ἡ συγγραφὴ διαγορεύει τῆς μισθώσεως τοῦ κλήρου. κλ καθαρῶν δὲ γενομένων τῶν καρπῶν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν εἰς τὸ βασιλικὸν καθηκόντων, ἅμα καὶ λαβέτω Ἀσκληπιάδης μὲν τά δύο μέρη, τὸ δὲ τρίτον οἱ γεωργοὶ κομισάσθωσαν. ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀποδῶσιν τὰ δύο μέρη ἀποτεισάντων ἡμιόλιον. περὶ δὲ τῶν λοιπῶν πάντων ἔστω αὐτοῖς πρὸς ἀλλήλοις ὡς ἡ συγγραφὴ τῆς μισθώσεως διαγορεύει.
