Ἱεροκλῆς Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. ἐμνήσθην σοι καὶ πρότερον ἐν πόλει ὑπὲρ Ἑρμογένους τινὸς τῶν κληρούχων, ᾤμηνὤιμην δὲ δεῖν πάλιν ὑπομνῆσαί σε. καλῶς ἂν οὖνοὖμ ποιήσαις, ὡς ἄν σοι ἀποδῶι τὴν ἐπιστολήν, γνωριμώτερόν σε ποιήσας αὐτῶι καί, ἐάν τινά σου χρείαν ἔχηι, ποιῶν αὐτῶι ὅσα ἐστίν σοι ἐν δυνατῶι, διασυνέσταται γὰρ ἡμῖν ὑπὸ φίλων τινῶν οἷς ἐπὶ πλεῖον τυνχάνει συνών, ἐὰν δὲ οἱ κληροῦχοι μὴ ὦσιν τεταγμένοι ἐν τοῖς περὶ σὲ τόποις, γράψας ἐπιμελῶς πρὸς τὸν ἐπιστάτην τὸν ἐκεῖ ὄντα, ἵνα διὰ σὲ μὴ ὀλιγωρῶνταιὀλιωρῶνται, ἀλλὰ τυνχάνωσιν τῆς πάσης φιλανθρωπίας. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους λε, Γορπιείου κε. ἔτους λε, Τῦβι κβ. Ἱεροκλῆς Ἑρμογένους. Ζήνωνι.
