Ἡρώδῃ τῶι καὶ Τιβερίῳ στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Θεμίστου Μερίδος Ἡρακλᾶς Χαρίτωνος τοῦ Διονυσίου καὶ Πατῦνις Ἥρωνος τοῦ Ἁτρέως οἱ δύο ἀπὸ κώμης Φιλαγρίδος δημόσιοι γεωργοί. ὀμνύομεν τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Τύχην προστίθεσθαι ἡμῖν ἐκλεκ τοὺς τῆς κώμης Διονυσιάδος δημοσίους γεωργοὺς συνεῖναι ἡμῖν ἐν τῷ συλλέ ξαιεἰς τὸ συλλέξαι εἰς ἐπιτηδείουςἐπιτηδίους τόπους τὰ τῆς λινο καλάμης φορτία δισχίλια καὶ ὀκτα κόσια εἰς τὴν τοῦ μεγίστου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ παροχὴν
