πρὸς νίκηντύχην καὶ διαμονὴν τοῦ γαληνοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαυίου Ἰουστινιανοῦ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου Αὐτοκράτορος πρόστιμον εἰς τὴν ἔκτισιν τοῦ προστίμου τῶν πολλάκιςπολλάκεις εἰρημένων ἀρουρῶν δέκα δυοτριάντου σὺν τῇ εἰρημένῃ ἐκβολῇ τῆς μιᾶς ὀγδόου ἀρούρης πλέω ἐλάττον, συντείνοντασυντίνοντα εἰς ὁμοῦ εἰς ποσότητα σίτου ἀρταβῶν δέκα ὀκτὼ καὶ κριθῶν ἀρταβῶν ἐννέα ἥμισυ τῷ σαλλαρίῳ μέτρῳ Ἡρακλείου καὶ τὴν τούτων μεταφορὰν ποιῆσαι ἕως Θμονεχθη τῆς κώμης, καὶ μηδαμῶς καταφρονῆσαι τῆς αὐτῶν παροχῆς κατʼκαθʼ ἔτος, ἀλλὰ ταῦτα εὐγνωμονῆσαιεὐγνομονῆσαι ἀναμφιβόλως διὰ παντὸς εἰς τὸ παντελές, ἐφʼ ὅλον τὸν χρόνον τῆς ἡμῶν ἀμφοτέρων ζωῆς, ἀρξάμενον ἀπὸ γενήματος τῆς τὴν ἀντικαταλλαγὴν ἐν τάξει ἀντιδόσεως Αὐρήλιος ὁ δεῖνα τοῦδε ἐκ μητρὸς τῆσδε νοτάριος καὶ πρόσεπι τούτοις πᾶσι ἐπωμόσαντο ἀλλήλοις τὴν ἁγίαν καὶ ὁμοούσιον Τριάδα καὶ τὴν νίκην καὶ διαμονὴν τῶν εὐσεβεστάτων γαληνοτάτων ἡμῶν δεσποτῶν Φλαυίων Ἰουστίνου καὶ Αἰλίας Σοφίας τῶν αἰωνίων Αὐγούστων Αὐτοκρατόρων, ταύτην διαφυλάξαι διὰ παντὸς ἀρραγῆ καὶ ἀσάλευτον εἶναι, καὶ μηδὲν ὑπεναντίον πώποτε χωρεῖν κατὰ ταύτης τῆς ἀπαραβάτου ἐγγράφου ἀντικαταλλαγῆς. εἰ δέ τις ἐπιχειρήσειέν τι παρασαλεύειν, λόγῳ προστίμου ἐξεπερωτήσεως καὶ παραβάσεως παρέξειConnections
