Οὐαλλερίωι Ἀπολιναρίωι στρατηγῷ Λυκοπολίτου παρὰ Σενεσνεῦτος Σουειο μητρὸς Ταπνούβχιος μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ τοῦ πατρὸς ἀδελφοῦ Πλουτογένους Ἀπολλωνίου. ἀπογράφομαι εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς θ ἔτος Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ τοῦ κρατίστου ἡγεμόνος Οὐαλλερίου Πρόκλου εἰς ἣν ἐώνημαι τῶι ιζ ἔτει Ἁδριανοῦ θεοῦ Φαρμοῦθι παρὰ Λύκου Αἰλούρου τοῦ Θεοδώρου μητρὸς Ἀπολλωνίας τῆς καὶ Σα ροσόιτος κατὰ δημόσιον χρημα τισμὸν οἰκίαν μικρὰν ἐν Λύκων πόλει ἐπὶ λαύρας ΛυκαγωγῶνΛυκανωων ἐμαυτὴν Σενεσνεῦν ἐτῶν μ, Σενφουν Πορε θυγατέρα ἐτῶν κα, Ἰσαροῦν Σαρεῦτος ὀρφανὴν ἐτῶν η. καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς τύχην ἐξ ὑγιοῦς καὶ ἐπʼ ἀληθείας ἐπιδεδωκέναι τὴν προκειμέ νην ἀπογραφήν. ἔτους θ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς Μεσορὴ ἐπα γομένων ε Σενεσνεῦς μετὰ τοῦ κυρίου μου Πλουτογένους ἐπιδέδωκα.
