βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Ἰουστινιανοῦ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους εἰκοστοῦ ἑβδόμουἑβδόμη, μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείανὑπατίαν Φλαουίου Βασιλίου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους Ἁθὺρ ἐνάτῃ δευτέρας ἰνδικτίωνος. τοῖς κληρονόμοις τοῦ τῆς λογίας μνήμης ΦιλίππουΦο ἀπογενομένου ἀπὸ ων ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμοπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἰωάννου Ἰωνίου μητρὸς βραδέως ὑπογράφοντος γεωργοῦ ὁρμωμένου ἀπὸ κώμης τοῦ ἙρμοπολίτουἙρμοπολείτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς ὑμῶν ἐλλογιμότητος ἐπὶ δεκαετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς σὺν Θεῷ εἰσιούσης τρίτης ἰνδικτίωνος καὶ αὐτῆς τὰς ὑπαρχούσας ὑμῖν σ ἀρούρας ἓξ ἀνύδρους διακειμένας ἐν πεδιάδι τῆς προκειμένης κώμης τοῦ Ἑρμοπολί του νομοῦ ἐν τόπῳ Ἀρα εν. εντ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ἑπτὰ παρὰ κεράτια τεσσεράκοντα δύο ζυγῷ δημοσίῳ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως, γίνονται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ζ παρὰ κεράτια μβ, ἅπερ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ἀποδώσω τῇ ὑμῶν ἐλλογιμότητιἐλλογιμότητη τῷ Φαῶφι μηνὶ ἐκ πλήρους καὶ ἀνυπερθέτως, ὑποκειμενων τῇ ὑμῶν παιδεύσειπαιδεύσαι εἰς ταύτην τὴν μίσθω σιν καὶ ἔκτισιν καὶ ἀπόδοσιν υιδεουου πάντων μου τῶν ὑπαρχόντων καὶ ὑπαρξόντων πραγμάτων γενικῶς καὶ εἰδικῶςἰδικῶς ἐνεχύρουἐνεχύρω λόγῳ καὶ ὑποθήκης δικαίῳ καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα vestiges
