Πρόβῳ ἐπιτρόπῳ τοῦ κυρίου Καίσαρος παρὰ σκληρουργῶν καὶ ἐργοδοτῶν καὶ χαλκέων ἐργαζομένων ἐν μετάλλῳ Κλαυδιανοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ χαίρεινχαίριν· εὐαγγελιζόμεθάεὐανγελιζόμεθά σοι, κύριεκοίριε, ἱλαρὰν φάσιν τοῦ Σεράπιδος θέλον τοςθέλοντες καὶ τῆς Τύχης τοῦ Κλαυδιανοῦ καὶ τῆς Τύχης σοῦ συνεπισχυσάσης ἀπηρτικέναι τὸν πρῶτον κίονα ἄχρι τῆς κϛ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος Ἁθὺρ μηνὸς Αἰγυπτίοις κύβοις . γράφειςγράφις ἡμῖν, κύριε, δηλῶσαι σοι ἀπὸ λατομίας ποίας. τὸ ὄνο μα τῆς λατομίας οὐκ ἐπιστά μεθα, ἐστὶν δὲ ἡ λατομία πολὺ ἀπὸ μάκρονθενμακραν τοῦ πραισι δίου εἰςἰς τὰ μέρη τοῦ Πορφυρί τουΠορφυρείτου νεύουσα, ᾗ ἐπεθήκα μεν ἡμεῖςἡμῖς Φιλοσέραπις. ἐπʼ ἀγαθῷ παραγενηθέντες εἰςἰς τὴν λατομίαν καὶ ἀφήκαμεν κ ρα ὀψώνια τοισ αις ἡμῶν δοθῆναι θη τὰ τέκνα ἡμῶν ναι κε τραφηγραφη ἀνθρωπ ἐργαζο απο ανερ περὶ τῆς ης μὴ ει ημονας ὀφείλεταιὀφίλεται αι δραχμαὶ μ ἔτι δὲ καὶ περὶ τοῦ ἀρτοκόπου μεναρ ἀλλὰ ὁ σῖτος ἡμῶν κακῶς
