ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Αὐρηλι Αὐρήλιος Πολυδεύκης ὁ καὶ Ταυρῖνος σαρ ἐξηγητεύσας βουλευτὴς τῆς λαμπροτάτης Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως χαίρειν. ἠρίθμημαι παρὰ δημοσίων χρημάτων τραπεζιτῶν τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ ἀκολούθως τοῖσιοις ὑπὸ σοῦ ἐκἐγ γραμμάτων Αὐρηλίου Ἱέρακος ἐπιτρόπου κατωτέρω Θηβαίδος ὑπὲρ τιμῆς χλαμύδος α τῆς ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ κατασκευασθείσης καὶ παραδοθείσης τῇ τάξει τοῦ διασημοτάτου καθολικοῦίου Σεραποδώρου κατὰ κέλευσιν ἀργυρίου Σεβαστῶν νομίσματος τάλανταγ ἐκ πλήρους, τὴν δὲ ἀποχὴν ταύτην ζ ἐξεδόμην, σοὶ μὲν δ, τοῖς δὲ τραπεζίταις τη καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους ιδ καὶ ἔτους β τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ Σευήρου καὶ Μαξιμίνου τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων, Φαμενὼθ κδ.
