ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Λικινίου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ διοικοῦντι λογιστείαν Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν γαροπω λῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου Ἀρτεμι δώρου Διογένους. ἀκολούθως τοῖς κελευσθεῖ σιν ἰδίῳ τιμήματι προσφω νῶ τὴν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμένην τιμὴν ὧν χειρίζω ὠνίων καὶ ὀμνύ ω τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον μηδὲν διε ψεῦσθαι. ἔστι δέ· γάρου ξέστου α δηνάρια κη. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης, Φαμενὼθ λ. Αὐρήλιος Ἀρτεμίδωρος ἐπιδέδωκα προσφωνῶν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
