καθὼς ἔγραψεν ἡ ὑμετέρα περίβλεπτος φιλία ὡς πάνυ ἐσιαίνετο ἐσιαίνητε καὶ θέλει κατελθεῖν ἵνα ἐπισκέ τὸν ἰατρόν, ἰδοὺ οὖν Ἀναστάσιον τὸν περίβλεπτον χαρτουλάριον ἔπεμψα ἄνω. κατέλθατε οὖν μετὰ καλοῦ ρτικι θεοῦ κελεύοντος ὡς ἔτι κἀγὼ ὑγιαίνω καὶ μοῦ ἐπὶ τῷ θεῷ ἀνερχομένου διὰ τοῦ γράμματος ἀσπάζομαι τὴν ὑμετέραν περίβλεπτον φιλίαν τῷ τὰ πάντα περιβλέπτῳ τιμῆς ἀξίῳ Σενουθίῳ διοικητῇ Ἰωάννης
