ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ϛ καὶ Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Σωστράτῳ Αἰλιανῷ στρατηγῷ ἤτοι ἐξάκτορι Ἑρμοπολείτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀδελφίου Ἀδελφίου γυμνασιάρχου βουλευτοῦ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως τῆς λαμπροτάτης. οὐσιακὴν γῆν κέ κτημαι περὶ Ταροῦθιν ἀπὸ διαδοχῆς τοῦ πατρὸς ἐλθοῦ σαν εἰς ἐμέ, ἣν ἐκ πάλαι γεωργῶν καὶ νῦν ἐγε ώργησα πλεῖστα ἀναλώματα ποιησάμενος ὑπὲρ τοῦ εὐμαρῶς δύνασθαί με διαλύσασθαι τὰς εὐσεβεῖς εἰσφοράς. τοῦ τοίνυν καιροῦ καλοῦντος τῆς συνκομιδῆςσυνκομειδῆς τῶν καρπῶν ἐγενόμην ἐκεῖσε πρὸς τὴν τούτων συλλογήν, ἀλλὰ Σόις καὶ Ἰβόις καὶ ἕτε ροι δύο πολλοὶ κοινωνοὶ αὐτῶν ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Ταρούθεως κωμητικῇ αὐθαδίᾳ χρησάμενοι ἐπῆλθον κω λύοντες τοὺς καρπούς, καὶ ἵνα μηδεμία σύνχυσις κατὰ τοὺς αὐτοὺς γένηται, ἐπιδίδωμι τῇ σῇ ἐπιμελείᾳἐπιμελειας τάδε τὰ βιβλία ἀξιῶν τὴν βίαν καταμῦναι καὶ ἐπι τραπῆναι τοὺς καρποὺς συνκομίσασθαι οὓςουως αὐτὸς κατεθέμην εἰς τὴν ἰδίαν γῆν. εἰ δὲ νομίζουσι δίκαιόν τι ἔχειν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ταύτης, ἀπαντησάτωσαν ἐπὶ τὸ ἡγεμονικὸν δικαστήριον. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης, Φαρμοῦθι β vestiges Βνίου Σόις Ἁσιῆτος Πευῆς Παβύτιος Βῶις Ἀρτεμιδώρου Πόλλων Κεραπονοῦτος Διόσκορος Παβύτιος Παχᾶς Φίβιος Ἁσιῆς Σόιτος
