ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Φλαυίου Οὐαλερίου Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ϛ καὶ Κων σταντίνου τοῦ Ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος. Αὐρηλίῳ Ἑρμείᾳ τῷ καὶ Σιλουανῷ Ὀλυμ πίου βουλευτῇ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Ἁλῆτος Ὡρίωνος μητρὸς Ἰσιδώρας καὶ Πινουτίωνος Πιεῦτος μητρὸς Σοφίας καὶ ος Ἀμμωνίου μητρὸς Τανύριος καὶ Ἀμώνιος καὶ Παμώνιος Πιεῦτος διʼ ἡμῶν τῶν παρόντων Ἁλῆτος καὶ Πινουτίωνος τῶν πάντων ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως τῆς λαμπροτάτης. βουλόμεθα ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μισθώ σασθαι παρὰ σοῦ πρὸς μόνην θ ἰνδικτίωνα τὰς ὑπαρχούσας σοι περὶ Θύνιν ἐκ τοῦ Ἀσκλη πιάδου κλήρου ἀρούρας πέντε εἰς σπορὰν πυροῦ, φόρου ἑκάστης ἀρούρης τῆς ἐν σπόρῳ ἐκ γεωμετρίαςκεωμετρίας φανησομένης πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν τεσσάρων, τὸν δὲ συναγό μενον φόρον ἀποδώσομεν καὶ μετρή σομεν ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύηςἀληλεγγύης ἢ ἐξ οὗ ἐὰν αἱρῇ ἡμῶν εἰς ἔκτισινἔκτησιν τῶν αὐτῶν ἀρταβῶν τεσσάρων πυρὸν νέον κεκαθαρμένονκαθαρμένον ἄδολον ἄβολον κεκοσκινευμένον μέτρῳ Ἀθηναίῳ ἐφʼ ἁλώνων μητροπόλεως τῶν δημοσίων πάντων καὶ ἐπιμερισμῶν παντοίων καὶ ἐπιβολῶν καὶ ἀννωνῶν ὄντων πρὸς σὲ τὸν γεοῦχον. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῆς προκειμένης Φαῶφι κη.
