Εἰρηναῖος Εἰρηναίου ὁμολογῶὁμολογῶι πεπρακέναι Τεσήει ΣαταβοῦτοςΣαταβοῦτι τὸν ὑπάρχοντά μοι ὄνον ἕναἕνον τέλειοντέλης μέλανμελας κολοβὸνκολοβὸς τὰ χκοβπχ καὶ ἀπέ χω τὴν συνκεχωρημένην τιμὴν πᾶσαν ἐκ πλήρους καὶ οὐδέν σοι ἐγκαλῶἐνκαλῶι τοῦτον τοιοῦτον ἀναπόρρι φονἀναπόριπτον καὶ βεβαιώσωβεβαιώσωι πάσῃ βεβαιώσι. ἔτους λα Καίσαρος Ἁθὺρ κε.

Ich, Eirênaios, Sohn des Eirênaios, bestätige, daß ich verkauft habe an Tesês, Tochter des Satabûs, den mir gehörenden Esel – einen, ausgewachsen, [ganz] schwarz , mit abgeriebenen Zähnen , . Und ich habe den ganzen vereinbarten Kaufpreis vollständig erhalten und habe keine Forderung gegen Dich. (Der Esel ist) so, wie er (jetzt) beschaffen ist, nicht zurückzugeben . Und ich werde die Garantie in jeder Form übernehmen . Im 31. Jahr des Caesar, am 25. Hathyr.
