τοῖς μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαουίου Θεοδωρίχου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Μεχεὶρ ε θ ἰνδικτίονος. Αὐρήλιος ἈπφοῦςἈπφοῦτος υἱὸς Ἁρεοῦτος μητρὸς Κυρίας ὁρμώμενος ἀπὸ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ Σερήνῳ υἱῷ ΔανιηλίουΔανηειλίω ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ὀφείλεινὀφίλειν σοι καὶ χρεωστεῖν ἀπὸ τιμῆς διαφόρων βαμμάτων ὧν ἐώνημαι παρὰ σοῦ καὶ ἐβάσταξα κατὰ τὰ μεταξὺ σύμφωνα χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια δύο, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια β. τὰ δὲ τοῦ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια δύο ἀκίνδυνα ὄνταπάντα ἀπὸ παντὸς κινδύνου ἐπάναγκες ἀποδώσω σοι ἐν τῷ Φαρμοῦθι μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους ρξβ ρλα τῆς παρούσης ἐνάτης ἰνδικτίονος ἀνυπερθέτως, τῆς εἰσπράξεως σοι γιγνομένης παρά τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρ χόντων μοι πάντων ὑποκειμένων τῇ ἐκτίσει τοῦδε τοῦ χρέους ἐνεχύρου λόγῳ καὶ ὑποθήκης δικαίῳ. κύριον τὸ γραμματεῖονγραμματῖον δισσὸν γραφὲν καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. γραμματεῖον Ἀπφοῦτος υἱοῦ Ἁρεώτου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως.
